Now a days it is not that much of easy to construct a house and some of the natives even though they have sufficient money, could not construct the house. The secret behind this is the effect of Sani in your natal chart. Let us examine, the various aspects of Sani whether Sani allows you to construct a house or not.
If Sani is positioned in the lagna, the native have to stay in the ancestral house. In case if he does not have the same, in the natal chart, if there are no planets in the seventh and tenth house are there, he can construct the house only after 41 years of age if any positive planet aspect the fourth house, and Rahu in the fourth house and in eighth house are not there and provided no planets are positioned in the seventh and tenth house, the native can construct the house.
Sani in the Second House:
If Sani is positioned in the second house, he can construct the house subject to the condition that Rahu should not be in the eighth house.
Sani in the Third House:
If Sani is positioned in the third house, the native can construct the house subject to the condition that in the natal chart, Rahu should not be positioned in the fourth or eighth house.
Sani in the Fourth House:
